I put down two versions here:
1. capo 5th fret (original chords, featuring the "edgy" 7#9 in the verse)
2. capo 3rd fret ('streamlined' with minor 7 chord instead)

EDIT: After a lifetime of playing a minor 7 chord as the second chord in the
verse, I finally came to realise that this second chord is actually a major
chord, which still includes the minor third sung by the lead vocal by being
played as a 7#9. This Version 1 here presents the actual chords played on
the Beatles' recording, so I included the F7#9.
If this chord is played too brashly, though, it does not sound true to the
overall feel of the song (the guitars are mixed extremely low there, the
chord just doesn't 'stick out', it is barely audible at all). So, be careful
with this chord (or play the alternative voicing I point out below which has
the important notes on the high strings, but leaves out the major third).
play: C (verse) / Cm (middle 8 / intro)
key: F (verse) / Fm (middle 8 / intro)

F7#9 1-3-x-2-4-4 (should not be over-accentuated, else it might
alternatives: x(3)3-5-4-4 (major third left out) sound 'wrong')
1-3-x-x-4-4 (major third left out)
alternative: x-1-3-3-3-1 (plain major chord)
